To support the important work being done across our electorate, I am pleased to offer my Electorate Office Meeting Room for use by eligible local organisations, community groups and small businesses.

Whether you're holding a committee meeting, planning a community event, bringing volunteers together, or discussing ways to make a difference locally, we'd love to hear from you.

Who can apply?

The meeting room is available to organisations, community groups and small businesses that are located within the electorate of Greenway.

How bookings work

Simply submit a booking request using the form below and a member of Michelle's team will be in touch.

Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee a booking. All requests are assessed individually and are subject to availability.

Important information

• The meeting room has a capacity of 12 people.
• Applicants must be based within the electorate of Greenway.
• Meeting room availability may change at short notice to accommodate parliamentary, electorate or operational requirements.
• Michelle Rowland MP reserves the right to decline, amend or cancel a booking request at her discretion.
• Groups using the space are expected to treat the meeting room respectfully and leave it in a clean and tidy condition.
