With Australia Day coming up Michelle Rowland MP, Federal Member for Greenway, is encouraging local residents to proudly display an Australian flag, which they can collect for free from her office. 

“As I travel around our local area I see so many houses displaying the Australian flag with pride. Nowadays I even make sure to always have a few flags with me in case I run into someone who needs a new one.

“Ahead of Australia Day I’d like to remind people that my office has 40 flags available for distribution to residents living in the Greenway electorate. Schools, churches and other community organisations can also obtain a free flag from my office. 

“So if you’d like to fly the Australian flag at your home, school or community centre and spread a bit of national pride in our neighbourhood, please contact my office on (02) 9671 4780, or via email at [email protected] to arrange collection.

“I look forward to seeing even more Australian flags proudly on display across our beautiful and unique part of this wonderful country,” Ms Rowland said.
